Build where AI and Web3 meet.

HackBlox is a 24-hour sprint for teams turning ambitious ideas into working demos. Pick your track — AI or Web3 — and ship something real. Every project is open source by default.

/ 01

AI

Agents, copilots, multimodal products, and applied machine learning that solve a real problem.

/ 02

Web3

On-chain apps, smart contracts, identity, ownership, and new ways for people to coordinate.

Mandatory

Open Source

Every participant contributes to an open source repository as part of the hackathon. Come ready to ship real code.

Why HackBlox

Build across the stack, not inside a box.

AI, Web3, and open source belong in the same builder room. HackBlox gives you the time, people, and pressure to connect them into something real.

AI That Ships

Go beyond a model demo. Turn agents, multimodal systems, and applied ML into products people can actually use.

On-chain by Design

Use smart contracts, verifiable ownership, and decentralized rails where they make the product stronger.

Build in Public

Ship a clear public repository, get real feedback, and leave behind work that can keep growing after the event.

Industry Mentors

Get practical feedback from people building across AI, Web3, product engineering, and open-source ecosystems.

Builder Network

Meet founders, maintainers, community leads, and other makers in a room designed for collaboration.

Proof of Work

Leave with a working demo, a public build story, and a repository you will be proud to share.

Tracks

Pick your track. Build the future.

Choose one track — AI or Web3 — and build something extraordinary. Every participant must contribute to open source.

Build Intelligence

Build a 6-class natural-scene classifier with a fixed ResNet-18 trained from scratch. Inspect embeddings in 3LC, actively label up to 3,000 samples, and compete on Kaggle.

Open Source Contribution

Every participant must contribute to an open source repository as part of the hackathon. Come ready to ship real contributions to a real project.
